So I'm now 12months into this. Safe to say its not a running/training injury.
I've been seeing a back specialist at the Spire. I've had a couple of MRI's and an Xray.
I have wear and tear and a bit of arthritis. Physio has me deadlifting.
The pain/discomfort is still there most days. I'm running a bit and trying to bike indoors. Swimming and weights are steady.
I've still got next years Lakesman to aim for.
Truth is I'm not in the same fitness league as I was. I'm doubtful if I'll ever get back to that level.
I haven't joined Tri-Anglia yet for 2020.
