I'm back! Fingers crossed. I've been running for about 5 weeks now and slowly been improving. No where near close to top form but I'm running without the back support and getting quicker. HR is still high and its uncomfortable but slowly improving. Biking - donw two chaingangs and biked 50mile last Sunday with 18.9mph average. So just got to keep at it and hope that I don't get a set back. Happier than I've been for ages!! First OW swim this coming Saturday. About 12 degC. Yikes..
