Quick update.  Stopped the running again.  Just too painful.  Very very slow healing process.

Still swimming and lifting, so keeping a bit of base fitness.  I'm having days when honestly I feel like crying.  Running and cycling are a lot more important to me than I thought.  Not being able to do either for so long has really effected me mentally.  Stretching for up to an hour every day and hopefully I can try running again soon.

Going to change my trainers back to Saucony triumphs.  Switching Hoka's coincided with the injury hell starting.  Going to go back to what I know.

I pulled out of my IM last week.  Pursuing an insurance refund.  First year since 2007 I won't have had a tri to compete in.  Hopefully I can regain fitness without the pressure and enter a couple late season.
